Warehouse Operations qualifications has been updated to Supply Chain Operations. The supply Chain has become one of Australia’s largest industries. If you are thinking of becoming part of, or have already begun your journey into this industry, it is vital you receive industry training based on real life situations and as per Australian Standards. In all warehouse instances you are required by law, to be fully trained and certified to operate within your industry sector safely.
Nationwide Training has introduced an in-depth and all-encompassing TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations) Traineeship. Throughout our Supply Chain traineeship each candidate will learn the fundamentals of supply chain operations with time relevant practices at the core of each activity.
Each of our traineeships are available for companies within the transport and logistics industry with employees who work within a warehouse as a store person or stores administrator.
In most instances where an employee has been working for less than three months on a full-time basis or for less than twelve months on a part time basis within this industry - the employee may attract employer incentives and funding. For more details on Traineeship Eligibility, please see below.
Throughout our Supply Chain Traineeship candidates will be trained and assessed in 14 units qualifying them to work within this industry with knowledge and certification from a trusted and reputable industry training organisation - Nationwide Training.

On completion, each candidate will receive a TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations) issued by Nationwide Training.

Traineeship Information
- Employees who have been working for your company for less than three (3) months full time may attract employer incentives and funding.
- Employees who have been working for your company for less than twelve (12) months part time may attract employer incentives and funding.

Jobs & Skills WA Employer Incentive
- $2,125.00 – Commencement payment at the six (6) month milestone.
- $2,125.00 – Completion payment if the completion occurs on or after the eighteen (18) month milestone full time or twenty seventh (27) month milestone part time. Earlier completions are paid on a pro rata basis.
- 24 months for full time employees.
- 36 months for part time employees.
Workplace-based training is delivered face to face and includes pre-reading, practical training and observation of you performing routine work tasks while on-the-job.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available.
New Workers Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations) maximum course fee for the current year is $1,641.25 GST Free.
Note: Fees and charges are based on the Department of Training and Workforce Development Fees and Charges Policy in line with Nationwide Training’s recommended training plan. Any changes to the training plan may see an alteration to these fees. Fees are GST free. Fees are only for units started in the current year. Fees for units started in future years are yet to be determined by the government.

Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations) – $5,000 GST free, four payments of $1,250.
Entitles the learner to a maximum of 12 scheduled training sessions.
A scheduled training session can be either an in-person meeting or a video conference meeting or the attendance of a skills course.
Refer to Nationwide Training’s schedule of fees for additional scheduled training sessions.

On successful completion of a qualification you will receive a Certificate issued by Nationwide Training:

TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations) is superseded by TLI30325 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations).
The delivery of TLI30321 will cease before the teach out date of 27 May 2026.
A Total of fourteen (14) units are required for this qualification.
