Chain of Responsibility (CoR) is a policy in Australian transport legislation that imposes legal obligations on parties in the transport supply chain or across the transport industry as a whole. Chain of Responsibility ensures everyone involved in the transport supply chain shares responsibility for safety and compliance - not just the driver.
