Our Warehouse Operations Traineeships now known as Supply Chain Operations Traineeships are available to all companies operating within the Transport & Logistics Industry, who have employees working within a warehouse as a supervisor.
The traineeship provides each candidate with comprehensive skills and knowledge, enabling them to acquire a broad range of responsibility in a warehouse environment. An all-inclusive Traineeship qualifying employees, of this industry, to operate across a wide range of warehouse activities in this large-scale industry sector.
TLI40324 Certificate IV in Supply Chain Operations (Warehouse), each candidate is required to complete 16 units of competency – all based on warehouse efficiency, safety, operations and best practices. Each unit enables the candidate to take a warehouse supervisor role that requires evaluating, analysing and developing practices to enable high levels of performance throughout a warehouse environment.
Depending on the duration of the employee’s employment to date, incentives may be available to employers. Requirements include where an employee has been working for less than three months on a full-time basis or less than twelve months on a part time basis, the employee may attract such incentives and funding. On completion, each candidate will receive a TLI40324 Certificate IV in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing) issued by Nationwide Training.
Traineeship Information
- Employees who have been working for your company for less than three (3) months full time may attract employer incentives and funding
- Employees who have been working for your company for less than twelve (12) months part time may attract employer incentives and funding.

Jobs & Skills WA Employer Incentive
- $3,187.50 – Commencement payment at the six (6) month milestone
- $3,187.50 – Completion payment if the completion occurs on or after the twenty eighth (28) month milestone full time or fifty sixth (56) month milestone part time. Earlier completions are paid on a pro rata basis
- 36 months for full time employees
- 72 months for part time employees
Workplace-based training is delivered face to face and includes pre-reading, practical training and observation of you performing routine work tasks while on-the-job.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available.
New Workers / New Entrants that enrol in TLI40324 Certificate IV in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing) in 2025 will be Fee Free for the duration of their traineeship contract as part of the DTWD ‘Fee Free’ program.
Existing Workers can also enrol in TLI40324 Certificate IV in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing) in 2025. The traineeship will be subsidised / funded by DTWD. Fees will apply in accordance with the DTWD ‘VET Fees and Charges Policy.
Existing Workers Certificate IV in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing) maximum course fee for the current year is $2,063.75 GST Free.
Note: Fees and charges are based on the Department of Training and Workforce Development Fees and Charges Policy in line with Nationwide Training’s recommended training plan. Any changes to the training plan may see an alteration to these fees. Fees are GST free. Fees are only for units started in the current year. Fees for units started in future years are yet to be determined by the government.

TLI40321 Certificate IV in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing) $6,000 GST free four payments of $1,500
Entitles the learner to a maximum of 14 scheduled training sessions.
A scheduled training session can be either an in-person meeting or a video conference meeting or the attendance of a skills course.
